About the Event
Overview
In
today’s fast paced supply chain environment, businesses need real time insights
to manage inventory, optimize orders and reduce costs. This is a hands-on
project designed to help participants build a complete supply chain management
system using MYSQL and Power Bi.
Through
the project, participants will learn to:
● Track stock levels and detect
reorder needs
● Analyze supplier performance and
lead times
● Predict and estimate optimal restock
dates
● Visualize and maintain a live
dashboard
By
the end of the class, participants will have built a fully functional, data
driven supply chain tool, giving them a competitive edge in inventory
management, supply chain optimization and decision making.
